- How does the free trial work?
- Pro and Teams come with a free trial. You enter a card at checkout and aren’t charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then from Billing and you pay nothing.
- Who will I be paying?
- Our order process is run by Paddle, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoices and sales tax, so your card statement and receipts show Paddle.
- Are taxes included?
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, based on your location, and shown on your invoice.
- Can I change plans or cancel?
- Yes, any time from Billing in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- What happens to my cards if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. If you have more cards or people than the new plan includes, you choose which stay active; the rest go offline until you upgrade or make room.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. See our refund policy for the details. Refund policy
- How are Teams seats counted?
- Every person in your organisation is a seat. Adding or removing someone updates your subscription, prorated to the day.
