Refund Policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

We want you to be happy with Fronko. If you aren’t, this is how cancelling and refunds work. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders, so Paddle issues every refund.

Try it before you pay

The Free plan costs nothing, and paid plans come with a free trial. You aren’t charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing at all.

14-day refunds

If you’re not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment for a new subscription, a renewal or an upgrade, for any reason. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, and your organisation moves to the Free plan.

After 14 days, payments aren’t refundable, but you can cancel at any time so you aren’t charged again. Where the law where you live gives you more rights, those rights apply.

How to ask for a refund

  • Reply to your Paddle receipt, or find your order at paddle.net and choose “Request refund”; or
  • email us at [email protected] from your account’s email address.

Cancelling

The owner of your organisation can cancel at any time from Billing in the dashboard. Your plan stays until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then isn’t renewed. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends: if you have more than the Free plan includes, you choose what stays active.

Plan changes

Upgrading charges the prorated difference straight away. Moving to a cheaper plan or fewer seats gives you a prorated credit towards your next payments.
