HubSpot
Send every new lead to HubSpot as a contact.
The HubSpot integration creates or updates a HubSpot contact for every lead your cards collect, matched on email, and adds a note saying which card it came from. Owners and admins connect it for the whole organisation. It’s included on plans with CRM integrations.
Connect HubSpot
- Open Integrations → HubSpot and click Connect.
- Click Authorise with HubSpot, choose the HubSpot account that should receive leads, and approve. Your HubSpot user needs permission to edit contacts.
- Back in Fronko, click Send test lead. A contact called “Test Lead” appears in HubSpot; you can delete it.
What gets sent
| Lead | HubSpot contact |
|---|---|
| Email (used to match an existing contact) | |
| Name | First name and last name |
| Phone | Phone number, when given |
With Add a note to the contact on, the contact’s timeline also gets a note with the card, how the visitor found it (NFC, QR or link), the card holder and the visitor’s message.
To map other properties or create deals and tasks, use a webhook or Zapier instead.
Troubleshooting
Every delivery is listed in the connection’s activity log. If it says the authorisation was revoked (for example someone uninstalled the app in HubSpot), click Authorise with HubSpot again. Temporary errors are retried automatically.
