Branding and email signatures

Your logo and colours

Admins upload the organisation’s logo in Settings → Branding, and choose whether every card shows it or each card decides. Branding is on paid plans.

Email signatures

Email signatures turns each person’s card into a signature with their name, title, contact details, logo and a link to their card. Copy it and paste it into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail; the page shows the steps for each.

On the Teams plan, admins can lock the template so everyone’s signature has the same layout and colours.

“Powered by Fronko”

Free cards show a small “Powered by Fronko” line under the card. Paid plans hide it.

Your organisation’s handle

The handle is the first part of every card link. Paid plans can choose it in Settings → Organisation. See your card’s link.
